'I think I'll probably be pregnant all through my 30s,' Chrissy said in the April edition of Self.
'I work out every day. I still feel fit and energetic. In a way, I'm healthier now that I'm pregnant.'
Teigen likely promoted her New York Times Best-selling Cravings Cookbook while taping Extra beside the outdoor mall's Globe Fountain.
The half-Thai beauty and her husband John Legend will welcome their first child (a daughter) this spring, thanks to in vitro fertilization.
'We've got some embryos on hold,' Chrissy said of their plans for four children.
